We Went, We Saw, & We Conquered the River-

but we didn't sleep.

Our trip to New Braunfels was really fun! We went swimming....then we went swimming some more, ate too much, tubed down the river then went swimming some more. I had some sleeping issues. I think it had something to do with Justin falling out of the bed over & over, the train track a block away or the creaky tin roof on the cabin. I'm not sure which.....

Despite the fact that I get really grumpy with out sleep, we managed a great time!

I did not learn any new facts about the river. I did, however, learn something new about my five year old Justin. He is all about the ladies. Everywhere we went, I mean both places we went the little dude hooked up with the chicks. Here at the pool were two cheering him on & calling him by name! The next day on the river he met a group of 5 teenage girlies who were screaming his name as he went down the tube shoot! We looked around at first to see if they were yelling to a different Justin. Not a chance, Justin waved back and yelled, "Hi Girls!" -NOT LYING!

Speaking of tubing, you'll have to wait for those pictures. I bought a water-proof disposable camera. AND -OMGOSH I have to go get those developed. Remember those days?! Digital photography is a beautiful thing.
