"There's a snake in my boot" ~Woody (Toy Story)

Will has an obsession with Josh's shoes. He always has a pair on & has to take one in the car with him. Well, Saturday night he left his favorite pair (Josh's football clets) outside all night. Boyd picked them up Sunday morning & brought them in. When Will got up, he went straight to them to put them on. My sister Heather & I were on the couch & he was on the floor in front of us. We suddenly here him screaming. Heather was first to react & she started screaming. Then I saw it. Not a snake- a FROG!! It jumped out of Will's (well Josh's) clet. It wasn't a toad. But it wasn't a tiny frog either. About the size of my fist. Luckily, Grant & Josh aren't afraid of the suckers & they caught it (while we all screamed & laughed)and put it outside. I'm not sure if this is a "had to be there story," but we laughed all day. I guess this proves that we are kinda "city girls." The phrase of the day when one of the kids started screaming/crying was "What's wrong? Is there a frog in your shoe?"
