Josh got to pick the first place we ate. It wasn't quite the same... there were bones in the chicken & they had corn pies. We decided that all the meat in China has a bit of a sweet taste to it. We coined it "the Chinese twang."
There is a mall called "The Place" right across the street from my in-laws highrise. They have the largest T.V. screen in the world. It's in the sky above your heads. It's about a block long. They show different scenes. On the first night we were there we went to a buffet resturant- more on that in a second.This is Jack (a friend of the family), Boyd Sr., Josh, Boyd & Birdie (Boyd's sister)
They had the giant Christmas tree set up, but they didn't turn the lights on until the night we left, we were sad to miss it!
Checking it out. You have to be careful there. We kept tripping because we were looking up not were we were walking!

Don't get too excited girls, the kid gets air sick & it's going to take A LOT to get me back on a plane with him for more than a couple hours. I'm still tramatized by having to sit there hour after hour covered in barf. The dramamine did work for the way back, but there were a few close calls. Maybe I should come see ya'll alone!! :-)
