Hook 'em Horns!

Okay, I've recovered on all fronts. Thanks for your concern.

On Saturday, Josh was my date for the day & we went to the UT-Baylor game!

We met up with the Mortensons. Liz, Eric, Jackson & Luke

The boys had a great time & so did we!

I do have to share a totally humiliating moment I had at the game. Why I'm sharing this, I'm not sure. Maybe it's my self-depricating sense of humor, a need to vent or a need for some reassurance? Anyhooo, Josh & I were a little late getting to the game. We went to where I thought Liz & Eric were sitting, but didn't see them. So... we saw some empty seats & sat down for a second so I could text her. About 10 college boys were standing a few rows back. I could feel them looking at us then I hear it, "ma'am? ma'am?!"

OH MY GOSH- I AM NOT BEING CALLED MA'AM by a college kid.

I slowly turn around thinking he must be talking to some much older lady near me somewhere.

Then he says, "Ma'am, I think you're in the wrong section. OH MY GOSH- HE IS TALKING TO ME!!

He continues, "The alumni section is over there, we get kinda rowdy over here."

All I could say was, "uhhh... I know." (totally dying on the inside- mind racing- like I coundn't hang with them? I'm so old! How did this happen? When did I get old enough to be called Ma'am by a 20 year old! I need botox. I used to be cool ...kinda...maybe... OMG.)

Then I spotted the Mortensons---THANK GOD.
