We took one last trip to Carlsbad, New Mexico before school started to see family.

Will gave Pepaw lots of kisses!

We spent a few hours at Carlsbad Caverns. Justin thought it was a "Monter Cave" (monster). He kept saying "dis is cra-zy!" He kept us laughing.

Will didn't mind the hike except it was a chilly 50 degrees.

(really cold when you're used to 105!) His legs were cold!

We stopped at an old Indian village for the kids to explore. (Really just a tourist gift shop, but we didn't tell them that.) Justin had had about enough picture taking by this point.

It was a fun trip! Short but sweet. It was great to see Pepaw, Memaw & Paw Paw. The boys loved Memaw's dogs & snakes! We also enjoyed seeing Boyd's cousin Scott, his wife Kelly & their 3 boys (soon to be 4 boys!) I should have gotten more pictures. All the boys played so well together! I think we had enough boys for any type of team!

Josh is officially a First Grader! He loved the first day of school!

He has a wonderful teacher & had a great time! He wore his Carlsbad Caverns shirt to school :-)
